Thank you to everyone that responded to this story. I’m glad that some of you liked it, and I understand the objections that many of you raised. As of right now I do not have time to individually address each reply, but I read all of the replies to all of my stories and I always appreciate constructive criticism. The purpose of this article was to present what I view as the best arguments both for and against gun control, without simply taking one side on the issue. I think that the gun control issue is a matter of individual priorities, and do not think there is one correct solution that will please everyone. I truly believe that there are valid arguments on both sides. Additionally, the claims made in this article are backed up by evidence and, while not everyone will find the evidence convincing, that does not invalidate the evidence as such.
